False Bottom Stand for Flat Bottom Kettles

Sturdy stainless steel false bottom stands, designed for different heights and kettle sizes. Only for flat bottom kettles. The individual parts are pressed together, not welded. It is still a very tight fit and not meant to be taken apart for cleaning. The stand parts are laser cut in Germany and assembled in our store in Augburg.

The short stands include a flat gasket to seal the kettle dip tube where it passes through the false bottom. The 38L and 57L stands have a gasket for the 3/4" dip tube, and the 83L and 114L stands have a gasket for the 1" dip tube.

The tall stands are equipped with an eye bolt to facilitate installation and removal. The 7 cm high stands have a recess to allow space for a straight or wavy Tri-Clamp heating element.

The extra tall stand is for the 83L as well as 114L kettle with two heating elements. The tall stand is for use with two horizontal heating elements in BIAB or direct heating mash applications.

Size compatibility is as follows:

• 38L = 35 cm diameter kettle
• 57L = 40 cm diameter kettle
• 83L = 45 cm diameter kettle
• 114L = 50 cm diameter kettle

Please note that due to the rounding on the bottom of other manufacturers' kettles, I cannot guarantee the compatibility of this product with other manufacturers' kettles.
