Shipping and Payment Terms
Shipping costs and information:
Delivery of our products is available to the countries specified below. Depending on the size of your order, we ship by DPD, UPS, DHL or freight shipping company. The respective shipping costs can be found in the information below.
Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate of 5.90 Euro per order. Above a gross order value of 150 Euro shipping costs are free. However, in both cases no delivery can be made to DHL packing stations.
Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to all countries within the European Union as well as many countries world wide. The shipping costs (flat rate) for countries other than Germany that are enabled for online purchases in the shop can be found in the table below:

* For deliveries to all non-EU countries, the buyer is responsible for paying the applicable VAT in their country plus any relevant import duties. We will fill out the required customs forms for the local tax authorities. You may be required to pickup your delivery at the local tax authority office. Prices shown in the shop will be shown excluding German VAT once you enter your shipping address in the checkout form.
If you wish to ship to another country not listed in the table above, please send us an e-mail (info@crafthardware.de) and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you as soon as possible whether we can also ship to the desired country and inform you – should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible – of the shipping costs, since we must inquire the shipping option and costs in advance with our shipping partner.
Information on Delivery Date Calculation
If you place an order with us for several items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the longest delivery time that applies to any product in your order also applies to the total shipment of goods.
In the case of payment in advance by bank transfer, the period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end on expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Your payment options are as follows:
Prepayment by bank transfer.
Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the purpose of the transfer. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer during the checkout and order processing. Your order will only be shipped after receipt of money in our account.
PayPal
Pay with PayPal If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can also pay with your credit card.
Credit Card (Stripe).
Pay comfortably by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. For credit card payment we use the payment service provider Stripe.
SOFORT.
You will be forwarded to SOFORT to complete your payment.
Cash payment upon pick-up.
You collect the goods yourself from us and pay in cash on site (no EC card payment possible). We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for pickup. After receiving this e-mail you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address: Kreuzeckstr 9a 86163 Augsburg. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
